  • Gilded Porch Co. is a seasonal porch styling company based in Loudoun County, Virginia. We design and install beautiful fall displays using a thoughtfully selected mix of pumpkins, hay bales, and other seasonal details.

    From delivery and styling to end-of-season removal, we handle the entire process so you can enjoy a festive, welcoming porch without the shopping, hauling, or cleanup. We create displays for homes, businesses, wineries, breweries, real estate professionals, and other commercial spaces throughout Loudoun County and select areas of Northern Virginia.

  • All of our packages include pumpkin delivery, professional styling, and end-of-season removal. The number and variety of pumpkins, hay bales, and seasonal accents depend on the package you select.

  • Yes. We source our pumpkins from local farms whenever possible, helping us provide fresh, high-quality displays while supporting local growers with every order.

  • Fall installations begin during the last week of September and continue through the second week of October. Installation windows are scheduled by area and availability, with dates reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

    After your order is placed, we’ll contact you to confirm your installation week and end-of-season removal window.

    You do not need to be home for your installation. Please make sure your porch is cleared, accessible, and ready for our team before we arrive.

  • We currently serve homes and businesses throughout Loudoun County, as well as Great Falls, North Reston, and select nearby areas of Fairfax County.

    Our service area is intentionally limited so we can maintain the quality of each installation and schedule deliveries efficiently by location.

  • End-of-season removal begins the week after Halloween and continues through the week before Thanksgiving. We’ll contact you with your removal window, and you do not need to be home when our team arrives.

    We’ll collect all uncarved pumpkins, hay bales, and seasonal materials provided by Gilded Porch Co.

    Please Note: carved, painted, or otherwise altered pumpkins must be disposed of separately, as they cannot be donated to the local farm.

  • Because we use fresh pumpkins, natural variations in shape, size, and color are to be expected. We treat each pumpkin before installation to help preserve the display, but weather, direct sunlight, moisture, and wildlife can all affect how long pumpkins last. For this reason, we cannot guarantee longevity, and therefore do not replace rotting pumpkins after setup.

    For continued protection, we recommend reapplying a natural deterrent approximately once a week throughout the season. Here are two formulas:

    Vinegar Solution: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water, or a 1-to-3 vinegar-to-water ratio, and mist the pumpkin shell daily.

    Hot Pepper Spray: Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes, a few drops of dish soap (like Dawn or Castile), and 2 cups of warm water in a spray bottle. The spice hurts their sensitive noses and mouths, while the soap helps it stick.

  • Yes. We offer custom displays for homes, businesses, events, and other spaces that need something beyond our standard packages.

    We love working with local businesses, real estate professionals, photographers, and community organizations to create displays tailored to their space, style, and goals. Custom installations are ideal for:

    • Restaurants, wineries, breweries, and cafés

    • Storefronts, salons, boutiques, and offices

    • Real estate listings, open houses, and model homes

    • Photo shoots, special events, and seasonal gatherings

    • Residential porches with a specific color palette, theme, or larger-scale design

  • All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or account credits once a package has been purchased.

    If your plans change, your booking may be transferred to another person or eligible service address, subject to availability. All transfers must be used during the same fall season. Please email us at team@gildedporchco.com to request a transfer.
