Liability Disclaimer

By accepting services from Gilded Porch LLC (dba Gilded Porch Co.), the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Gilded Porch Co. shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the placement, use, or condition of decorations, including, but not limited to, pumpkins, hay bales, cornstalks, mums, signage, or other seasonal décor. All items are placed with safety and care; however, natural materials may attract pests, deteriorate, or create tripping or slipping hazards.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the condition of these decorations and to maintain a safe environment on their property. Gilded Porch Co. is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or property damage that occur after delivery and setup are complete.

All pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, cornstalks, mums, and other seasonal materials included in your display are purchased for you and become the property of the customer upon installation. Gilded Porch Co. sources, delivers, styles, and arranges these items as part of your porch design service.

End-of-season pickup is included as a courtesy service to remove and dispose of eligible uncarved pumpkins, gourds, hay bales, and seasonal materials from the original display. Items are not rented or borrowed, and no return of materials is required.

Because these are natural, perishable, outdoor items, Gilded Porch Co. is not responsible for changes caused by weather, wildlife, pests, rot, staining, breakage, customer handling, or movement of the display after installation. Carved, painted, damaged, or relocated items may not be eligible for pickup.

By using our services, the customer assumes full responsibility and releases Gilded Porch Co., its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims of liability, injury, or loss related to the decorations or their placement. The customer also gives Gilded Porch Co. permission to post and use photos of their home or business on all socials, website or other use. Photos will be posted anonymously with no mention of home owner and addresses will be blurred out if requested.
